Public Participation at Board Meetings
We appreciate your attendance and participation. At all Regular Meetings, there is an opportunity on the agenda (Hearing Section) for citizens to address the Board of Trustees for any item not appearing on the agenda. For your convenience, we have provided the protocols for addressing the Board of Trustees as well as the "Request to Speak" card. These cards are available at the board meetings or you may print out the first page of the card here and complete the card prior to arriving at the meeting.
